You can refill your prescriptions using our Refill RX Form.
We recommend putting in your refills 5-7 days in advanced; depending on the nature of the medication and the status of your refill, that will give us enough time to get the medication to you without any disruption to your treatment.
You can fill out Transfer Form on this website with all the required information and we will call you once we get your prescription transferred.
